When visiting our pet-friendly hotel in Isla Verde, you and your furry friend will enjoy the full range of creature comforts and conveniences. We have a soft spot for creatures big and small, and to make them feel more at home, we offer accommodations featuring pet beds, water bowls, a Pop Bag Dispenser.

For your pet’s enjoyment, let them loose in our “PawsPark,” an outdoor pet park with an agility course where vacationing pets can exercise and play off-leash in a safe and controlled environment under the supervision of their owners.

Pets are welcome with a $75.00 one-time non-refundable fee per pet and a maximum of one pet per room. A $250.00 pet deposit will be posted in your account upon check-in. The deposit is refundable, subject to a housekeeping inspection of the room at the time of check-out.

Important: A certificate of good health from the veterinarian is required upon check-in, without exception.  This certificate will state that your pet is in good health; free from parasites and up to date on vaccinations.
