The Verdanza Hotel takes pride in its culinary team of Puerto Rican professionals, who have landed one of the five coveted spaces in Puerto Rico’s National Culinary Team for four consecutive years since the hotel opening – bringing home a gold medal each year for their influence on Puerto Rico's dining scene. Our own Damián Hernandez, Chef de Cuisine, was born and raised on Puerto Rico’s west coast.
